Principal of Enterprise Data and Ai

We’re Terem, a technology development and consulting firm. We’re looking for a senior business leader with a passion for data and AI modernisation to lead our Enterprise Data and AI Business Unit.

As the **Principal of Data and AI** you will be responsible for running and growing one of our lines of business. Terem believes in being hyper-focused around client problems, so that’s how we’re organised.

You will focus on building relationships with enterprise data teams so that we can help them build data and AI products.

- You understand the challenges associated with AI and data modernisation. You recognise that modernisation isn’t just about integrating with the latest LLM. It’s an opportunity to change the way an organisation works and it requires a lot of moving parts to come together.
- You understand how Enterprises work, their red tape, their politics and complex org structures and the things that drive them. And deeper than this, you understand the things that drive Data and AI teams.
- You can work with, delegate to, and lead a team that will execute on the engagements you win.
- Past experience as a leader of Data, AI, Analytics, Data Science or even AI Researcher.
- Past experience in sales roles or roles where you had sales targets is a plus
- A deep professional network
- An ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
