**The Role**

You will handle a wide range of new and existing customer enquiries, whilst achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and positive outcomes at all times.

Customers may call with simple customer service questions or complex situations that require troubleshooting and a high level of empathy. We're looking for that person that can balance empathy with resolution

What you'll be doing:
You will join our busy Customer Care Team with the main focus towards assisting people living with a disability. This includes taking inbound phone calls. You MUST be comfortable talking on the phone for most of your day.
- Assisting customers with delivery enquiries and errors
- General and escalated complaint handling while encompassing our company values
- Troubleshoot technical difficulties with customers and accounts
- Keeping CRM up to date with changes to customers circumstances and personal details
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a positive solution
- Assisting other departments with one-off tasks as required

Hours: This role is casual with a mix of hours available each week, suited for someone who is a uni student or not looking for a full time position.
