Jacobs are on the hunt for an NV1 cleared Training Manager with extensive skills in adult learning theories, traditional and contemporary design methodologies and curriculum management. You’ll influence professionals working with cutting edge ADF cyber capabilities.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Analyse, design and develop training packages and other curriculum resources across the project to meet capability objectives and competency standards
- Create eLearning educational materials utilising Moodle, Articulate and ADELE for content development
- Undertake planning, research, writing, editing, storyboarding, development, to distribute various media, including web-based training modules, scripting, and video content
- Analyse, review and report on training systems compliance requirements in accordance with regulatory frameworks
- Implement improvement solutions to mitigate risks and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training outcomes
- Manage and coordinate stakeholder expectations, organisational governance, and resource and risk management

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in Training & Development
- Experience in E-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Moodle, ADELE
- Experience in training facilitation, workforce development, analysis and planning
- Project management background desired
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance
