**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Westall site in Clayton South as an Operational Logistics Cadet. BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in Steel and Aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. **What Will You Do?**

You’ll gain **invaluable on the job experience of our operations. **You will undergo training in tasks that are relevant to what you’re studying at Uni. You will**:

- provide support to our supply chain team, in particular working closely with our dispatch team
- assist the dispatch office by completing load planning, dispatch auditing and inventory control
- have the opportunity to be involved in project-based work e.g. process improvement opportunities
- assist with day-to-day operational support as required

Enthusiastic to embark your logistics journey, you will have the desire to grow and develop yourself within this space, along with a commitment to the safety of yourself and others. You will:

- currently be in or about to commence your 3rd year of study in either a bachelor majoring in Supply Chain or Engineering
- willing to collaborate and share ideas across cross-functional teams
- have a commitment to the safety of yourself and those around you
