**Your new role**
As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, and provide support to multiple retail locations.

Your key responsibilities within this role will be:

- People Management: Rostering, Costing, Meeting budgets
- Supporting & promoting sales culture: Sales Targets, KPI's, Monitoring progress
- Supporting the Merchandise manager: Shop presentation and stock management
- Supporting with advertising
- Upholding operational standards and compliance

**What you'll need to succeed**
A successful Area Manager will possess the following qualities:

- Knowledge and experience within a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of P&L (essential)
- Retail POS software experience
