**About the role**
We are looking to add an additional 3 Casual Accounts Payable officers to join the team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working closely with the accounts team your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Reconciling Supplier accounts
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Dealing with internal and external customer queries
- Assist accounting personnel with ad-hoc tasks as required

**Skills & Experience**
With previous experience in an Accounts Payable role as well as great communication and interpersonal skills you will also possess the following attributes:

- Previous experience working in building and construction industry within accounts payable role is highly advantageous
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Proficient with Microsoft software
- Familiarity with using accounting systems to process financial transactions
- High ability to take ownership of the process and your role responsibilities
- A strong team player as you work within a large functional team
