**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role will include duties and responsibilities involved in full function account payable process.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Process Invoices and related transactions, including credit cards, in line with company and contractual requirements
- Manage end to end Payment Runs and cross checking
- Process staff and jobseeker reimbursements
- Provide support and advice to the business in relation to asset management
- Process Vendor Credit Application Forms
- Reconciliation of credit cards and bank reconciliations
- Ensure Compliance with Finance and MH policies are always adhered to
- Ensure compliance with customer contractual obligations is always met
- Ensure active participation where required for audits
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality is always maintained
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful the applicant will have**:

- Exceptonal verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a similar role and industry [Desirable]
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externally
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
