We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our friendly and growing cleaning business. This role is perfect for someone who excels at keeping things organised and enjoys supporting others. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from coordinating schedules to assisting with quality control and providing essential team support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Coordination & Support**:
- Assist with day-to-day scheduling and communication to keep the team informed and well-prepared.
- Serve as a key point of contact, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed to support our cleaning staff.
- **Operations & Quality Control**:
- Oversee inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is in working order.
- Conduct occasional quality control checks to maintain high standards in service delivery.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Handle essential administrative duties such as scheduling, organising team meetings, and maintaining records.
- Provide support with client communication, ensuring client requests and feedback are addressed promptly.
- **Problem-Solving & Communication**:
- Respond calmly and professionally to team and client inquiries, helping resolve any issues that arise.
- Document team updates and insights on productivity, engagement, and overall morale for management review.
**Who You Are**:
- **Experienced & Organised**: You bring prior experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in cleaning, hospitality, or a similar environment.
