**About the role**:
Due to an opening in the team, our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist on a part time basis for an initial six month period. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing the strategic marketing and brand initiatives for one of their major brands.

**Other duties include**:

- Coordinate the organisation’s advertising, promotions, collateral, events and brand marketing initiatives.
- Provide trusted marketing, brand, and communication advice to internal stakeholders and colleagues.
- Develop and deliver marketing plans, tactical activities and campaigns to deliver on strategic priorities and growth targets.
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities from brief through to implementation and reporting.
- Deliver marketing deliverables on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute direct marketing programs that contribute to customer acquisition and loyalty across key services and programs.
- Design creative marketing campaigns and activities that are grounded in customer insights.
- Coordinate the development of content for marketing initiatives including collateral, video and photography.

**About you**:

- 5+ years minimum experience in a similar role with exposure to complex group environments.
- Ability to interpret, negotiate briefs and provide advice to ensure campaign and marketing requirements are met.
- Proven project management experience with excellent time management, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timeframes and perform under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven track record as a results-orientated self-starter, willingness to assist and support complex projects.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and business function.
