**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. In this newly created role as a **Marketing Specialist** in our Brand & Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of key sponsorships and corporate events.

This role will have a strong focus on strategy and implementation across multiple channels, with a primary focus on B2B initiatives across the Adviser and Employer audiences.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the execution of ART’s B2B sponsorship portfolio for the adviser and employer markets
- Coordinate and execute activation and leveraging tactics for consumer sponsorships
- Coordinate and manage corporate events for adviser, employer and member markets

**About you**
You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong project management and organisational skills and can manage multiple events and sponsorships simultaneously. Utilising various marketing channels to reach and engage the target audience, you ensure maximum engagement at events and sponsorships. Furthermore, your skills, experience and qualifications may include the following:

- Proven experience as an event or sponsorship Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating sponsorships and leveraging tactics
- Proven event management experience
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or other related field, or equivalent work experience
