**Role responsibilities**
- Responsible for leading the development, implementation and end-to-end management of assigned marketing activities
- Supporting the delivery of the performance optimisation strategy and plan
- Experience with managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing and optimising multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Proactive and forward thinking team member with ownership of creative concepts and implementation
- Develop and implement targeted campaigns based on the customer journey
- Writing and taking detailed briefs
- Experience creating an omnichannel customer experience
- End to end campaign management across digital and social media
- Experience with Google advertising

**Your experience will include**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or digital marketing
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role focused on eDMs and campaign execution
- Experience with automation platforms is highly regarded but not essential
- Basic HTML and the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
