**About the Location**
This stunning location is often referred to as “the valley of love”. You will work (and live, if you wish) in a pristine environment all within 30 minutes of the Hobart CBD

**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the Director of Care you will mentor, educate, develop and lead staff in the provision of high quality professional and personalised quality clinical care consistent with the providers’ vision, mission and values. Responsible for monitoring, reporting and developing services within their clinical workload with the objective of exceeding appropriate standards of care which incorporates the compliance to relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
**About You**
**You will have**:
- An unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the aged care industry and respective legislation and compliance
- The ability to work across and develop new clinical streams, which may include primary health and subacute sectors
- A thorough understanding of, and capacity to implement, current and effective clinical governance frameworks
- High level skills in human, financial, asset and information resource management to achieve strategic direction for the organisation
- Passion, initiative, resourcefulness, resilience, adaptability, flexibility and excellent time management
- Well developed leadership capabilities which will contribute to a harmonious, collaborative and professionally supportive workplace environment
- Good computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- A Working with Vulnerable Persons, National Police Check and Drivers’ Licence
- Up to date vaccination records
- A post graduate qualification in health management/business; education or an associated field (desirable)
