Operations Coordinator - Domestic Svcs-AUS
- Purpose of role
- To manage and allocate Customer Bookings and assist Domestic Operations Department._
Main duties and responsibilities
Core objectives include:
Answering incoming phone calls.Enter job bookings accurately and respond to Customers with booking confirmation.-
- Book and manage external Courier collections.-
- Track bookings and freight.-
- Send PODs (Proof of delivery confirmations) back to Customers.-
- Data Entry.-
- General Office duties. i.e. filing.-
- Maintain daily spreadsheets.-
- Basic cleaning activities.The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the Company.
- Other duties
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
