Due to exciting growth, CRYOPDP (A Cryoport Company) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sydney team.

As part of CRYOPDP, you will be exposed to all facets of transport operations, including Metro, Interstate, and International Import & Export services. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within the Transport/Logistics Industry, with the scope for career progression.

The position requires an overall team player that has a high attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn and grow within the business.

The role is a full-time position, and due to the critical nature of the Business, the following work hours are required:
Mon-Fri: 08:00am to 4:00pm.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Taking Client Bookings via Phone and E-mail
- Working closely with the Operations Team to coordinate collections and deliveries, finding the best solution for our customers.
- Regular correspondence with clients.
- Liaising with Airlines, Drivers, and other vendors.
- Preparing and labelling packaging for shipment.
- Investigation of flight delays, missing freight etc.

To be successful for this role, the following attributes will be highly desirable:

- Professional phone manner and excellent written communication skills
- A good knowledge of the Greater Sydney area
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Computer literacy - Office Suite and E-mail
- Reliable, enthusiastic work ethic.
- Experience in the Transport Industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
