This is an opportunity to take the national leadership role of Key Strategic Accounts with this Boutique Australian 3rd Party Logistics company. Headquartered out of Melbourne and with an existing National Footprint, there are impressive Growth Plans in place.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role has been created by the CEO and Board to deliver Strategic Growth and Innovative Solutions to an existing group of exciting and diverse customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Polished Key Account Management Expertise
- New Business Development
- Lead and Implement Innovative Customer Solutions
- Bring Process and Discipline to the Partnerships
- Own the Customer Experience
- Full P&L Responsibility and Reporting on Customer Base
- Conceptualise, Develop and Execute Strategy
- Drive Operational Excellence and Efficiencies
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent Relationship and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Extensive 3PL and Transport Industry Experience
- Track Record of Sales Achievement
- Well Honed Analytical Skills
- Commercial and Financial Acumen
- Agile Mindset to Accommodate Business Changes through Growth
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills
