This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage key enterprise accounts while driving new business development across tier-one partners. As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll lead and grow high-value partner relationships, drive national new business across key industries, and deliver innovative transport solutions that build loyalty and unlock long-term growth.### ### **What You'll Do:*** Develop and execute customer growth strategies and annual service plans.* Conduct regular business reviews and maintain executive-level relationships.* Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive expansion across GE’s service offerings.* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records (Salesforce).* Collaborate with internal teams to align operational delivery with customer expectations.* Champion customer needs internally and develop innovative solutions.* Pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.### ### **What You’ll Bring:*** Extensive experience in managing and selling complex B2B solutions.* Proven success in strategic account management and business development.* Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.* Deep understanding of transport services and digital ecommerce trends.* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.* Ability to influence at all levels, from C-suite to operational teams.### At Team Global Express, you’ll work with prestigious accounts and have access to a suite of services that enable you to deliver impactful solutions.
