As the Manager of Performance and Insights for Technology & Enterprise Operations Finance, you will bring insights on financial performance to generate better outcomes for NAB.

You will assist the Head of Performance Insights to ensure a clear cadence for performance reporting, planning, and forecasting, surfacing drivers of financial outcomes and levers to enhance value.

**In this Manager role, you will**
- Be responsible for (but not limited to) reporting and insights across investment spend incl BAU Capex, productivity, and workforce.
- Facilitate the Full Year planning process (investment & BAU) across Technology & Enterprise Operations Finance and look for opportunities to optimise spend (Cash and Profit & Loss) across the Division.
- Facilitate the Plan Transfer process for Division, with insights as to movements across account lines, changes to phasing and impact to overall expense and workforce plans.
- Coordinate the end-to-end cost attribution process for Technology & Enterprise Operations Finance and understand key drivers of costs across each of the Business Units, working closely with Strategic Costing Team.
- Support external reporting through insights including but not limited to productivity and workforce.
- Ensuring drivers of financial performance are clear, generating choices to close gaps to target financial performance.
- Ensure financial results and reporting are consistently delivered on a timely basis with high quality commentary & insights, and proactively provide appropriate analytics to drive the right actions in the business.

- Reporting & Performance - proven experience in collating complex data and information and presenting it with logic, then using it to drive performance
- Insights - ability to use reporting and hypothesis to generate meaningful insights that impact performance and strategy
- Commercial acumen - proven commercial acumen and analytical capabilities to identify and connect multiple performance drivers, uncovering correlations and forming actionable hypotheses.
- Collaborative - highly collaborative to evolve FP&A function within Technology & Enterprise Operations Finance to bring continued performance insights above and beyond reporting and management.
- Capability to test and refine hypotheses using data driven insights and then drive out those that warrant action into execution through influencing senior stakeholders across the business and finance.
- Knowledge of transformational change policies including capitalisation practices.
- Substantial experience in Finance roles, including roles in commercial business partnering, FP&A experience incl budgeting and reporting, and driving financial insights.
