As the Reporting and Insights Lead, you will lead a team of Reporting Analysts in catering to the management reporting needs of contact centers and internal enterprise reporting. You will also work collaboratively to encourage the adoption of analytical reporting to add value to the business by identifying trends, providing recommendations for improving client experiences, enhancing efficiencies, and resolving problem areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing analytical and transactional reporting capabilities for both internal and external clients. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support to the data platform modernization initiative, contribute to the reporting roadmap, and facilitate informed decision-making and business insights.

- Work with IT team members to define business requirements, develop technical specifications, code,test and deliver the day-to-day analytical dashboard and reports to the business.- Review implementation of Databases and reporting platform infrastructure solutions to improve performance and client experience.- Perform a range of data migration and manipulation activities including data analysis, data mapping,data modelling, and data cleansing- Drive the improvement and maintaining the state of DWH Solutions, System Integrations and Environments- Be accountable for the environment in the Data\BI development stream- Design and Architect Data Solutions- Manage and enhance current BI solutions.- Provide leadership & support for direct reports, appraise their performance

Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role / working in outsourcing or a BPO and/or IT sector, preferred- Expert understanding of relational database architectures and data modelling.- Experience in using PowerBI Admin Portal and troubleshooting issues- High competency using DAX, SSAS Tabular model and Power BI.- Experience with Microsoft BI stack, including Azure, SQL Server, T-SQL, SSAS, SSIS and SSRS.- Experience in data migration, management and data quality preferred.- Understanding of query performance tuning and optimisation.- Broad cloud experience preferred, particularly in Azure
