**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Channel Marketing to join our #AMAZING Customer Experience team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and manage all marketing channels including CRM, social, partnerships, influencer, PR & digital marketing.
- Oversee development and delivery of monthly channel plans, strategically leveraging each channel to maximise ROI.
- Own partnerships strategy including creative collaborations, influencers, commercial / wholesale agreements and tactical campaign partners.
- Promote positive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams & external stakeholders.
- Team management including KPI setting & performance reviews.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Exceptional understanding of brand & strong interest in fashion marketing.
- Experience in a similar role or industry, open to agency experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing with demonstrated success leading a marketing team, with a commercially focused & process-driven acumen.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach - must be agile and adapt to change.
- Collaborative style, can confidently manage key stakeholders and liaise across all functions & levels of business.
