We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist, someone who cares about others and who wants to make a difference. Sound like you?

**What will you do?**

At Ryman it's about delighting our customers. We have a full time Customer Care position available working five days a week, we are flexible to which days. Some weekend work may be required to; show prospects through the village, host open days and support our community sponsorships.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Create a positive experience for all our prospects throughout their journey
- Respond to all enquiries - including phone, website and chat - as the first point of contact for the Victorian Ryman's villages in a fashion that is good enough for Mum or Dad
- Nurture any leads to help prospective buyers understand our unique living options and the benefits Ryman villages have to offer
- At the right time ensure a smooth transition of prospects to sales advisors
- Keep our residents under contract connected to Ryman and aide the transition of our residents to village life
- Maintain a high level of quality data in Salesforce
- Always provide a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the wider sales and marketing team on activities such as open days and community events

**Who are you?**
- You are warm and empathetic, passionate and energetic
- You will enjoy building relationships and have strong community networks
- You will have previous customer care/sales/relationship building experience
- You have a good understanding of older people and their ever-changing needs
- You are a confident communicator with good public speaking skills
- You embrace new technology and are able to use a customer database management system (full training will be provided)
