**Flying Spaghetti is currently recruiting for a Duty Manager for The Vineyard Hotel in Windsor. We are searching for someone to drive operations over the busy summer period ahead & beyond.**

The venue is the ultimate destination for the whole family, with a brand-new food & cocktail menu, on site accommodation, bottle shop, awesome kids play area, arcade games & more... you'll love working at the Vineyard Hotel.

**They are **Industry leaders successfully overviewing several pub / hotels across NSW w/ healthy head office support to drive positivity & systems across the group. Their management style is to not micro manage, they hire the best team possible who themselves drive the business to success via healthy P & L oversite, super positive team culture & an exceptional eye for detail. The group has some of the best 'gastro-style' pubs in key locations in Port Stephens & Newcastle.

**The role i**s to be the benchmark for customer service, positive attitude & product knowledge within the group. You work collaboratively in your role with other SLT team members, seeking & accepting feedback. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business as a whole, in accordance to financial targets, cost control & guest experience

**Your accountabilities are as follows**:

- Roster oversite achieving targets & staffing level positivity
- Venue presentation so she looks STUNNING
- Venue organisation across the stable of offerings within the hotel, all parts of the hotel are under your assisted control
- Liaising w/ senior leaders to drive creative & being on the pointy end of creativity in our sector
- Driving ‘upselling’ across food & beverage teams (SOP)
- Systems & processes for a overview of 'we have a systematised way to do everything' & drive accountability
- Follow up WEEKLY with managers & supervisors on their KPI’s. REPEAT every week
- Manage weekly wage & revenue forecast v’s actuals on a daily basis
- Approving all staff timesheets/payroll prior to COB Sunday.
- Ensure all monies within venue are secure at all times & banked weekly in accordance with cash up procedure.
- encourage a healthy relationship between all employees, driving culture at the fore
- Overview maintenance requirements
- Assist with marketing ideas, driving specials & customer-age in venue
- Overview licensing requirements & legalities
- Foster a strong, positive relationship with the kitchen leadership & team as a whole
