We are looking for an energetic and experienced In store baker / cafe all rounder to join our team This role would suit someone who is happy and flexible enough to work as an opening organiser and as a cafe all rounder.

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Previous hospitality/café experience
- Available 2-5 days per week approx 20-38 hours
- Someone happy to serve customers over the counter and be able to look after bakes.
- Previous experience in baking.
- Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee
- Can-do attitude is essential
- Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
- Punctuality is essential
- Can work quickly and efficiently
- Well-presented & safety conscious
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Is happy to work as both in store baker and all rounder when required
- Some early morning starts (5 am)
- Saturday and Mid week availability

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
