About the role

We are seeking an experienced Packer / Delivery Driver to join our team - working a spread of days. This role is crucial in ensuring our goods are packed correctly and reach our stores on time, in excellent condition, and with minimal picking errors. If you are reliable, safety-conscious, take pride in your work, and have a knack for organisation, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work a variety of shifts, primarily focused on packing; completing deliveries as well when required.
  • Night shifts, starting at 12am, with appropriate reimbursement.
  • Prepare products for dispatch, ensuring all items are packed correctly and securely.
  • Safely drive Baker Bleu delivery vehicles, ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations.
  • Efficiently load and unload goods, handling items with care to prevent damage.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate any issues or delays to management.
  • Work closely with team members to coordinate packing & deliveries and ensure smooth operations.
To be considered for this role, you will need to bring:
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Previous exposure to logistics.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience driving commercial delivery vehicles, LR licence is preferred but not required.
