Early Morning Baker - Experienced for Muffin Break Cafe in Castle Hill NSW

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our team in an early morning shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced baker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, muffins, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
  • Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality
  • Ensure all baking is complete on time for store opening.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace in line with food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and general kitchen duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous baking experience (1-2 years in a commercial bakery or café is preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to start early mornings (shift typically begins @ 5.00am)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in Australia
  • Food safety certification training will be provided on commencement
