**About the role**

The role is based at Woodhouse Adventure Park in the Adelaide Hills but will also remotely support sister sites, Roonka River Adventure Park in the Riverland and Camp Nyroca on the Eyre Peninsula. Generally, shifts are scheduled during standard business hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with some flexibility in start and finish times to accommodate personal commitments. However, hours may vary based on seasonal demands, and occasional weekend work may be required.

As a Visitor Experience Officer you will:

- Deliver exceptional service to a diverse range of customers - from managing initial enquiries and bookings to welcoming and checking in guests at Woodhouse and addressing their needs on-site.
- Perform general administrative duties and ensure the reception area remains stocked, clean, and presentable.
- Handle payments for day visitors and campers, and manage sales of merchandise and supplies.
- Provide feedback from guests/visitors to improve current offerings and support the development of new products and experiences.
