**Your role in the team**

EIC Activities is now looking across Australia for a **Program Manager - Capability & Training **to join our team based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. In the role of Program Manager - Capability & Training, you will be responsible for managing the coordination and development of Applied Technical Training services across EIC Activities and the CIMIC Group.

**About you**:
Ideally, you will have:

- 5+ years’ experience in training administration, delivery and development preferably within the engineering, consulting or construction industry
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment _(desirable) _
- Demonstrated experience in producing e-learning materials and programs to ensure quality standards are met and content is relevant for the audience
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, administration, and support for core business systems

**Role responsibilities**

Applied Technical Training
- Review Applied Technical Training content that EIC Activities delivers on behalf of the CIMIC Group and coordinate the process of converting the training to an online format
- Work as a key liaison with CIMIC Group and Operating Companies to ensure Applied Technical Training is delivered in a consistent and coordinated process
- Manage the Knowledge Management System for the business
- Provide technical advice and guidance on building eLearning products, artefacts, learning tools and product content
- Facilitate and manage regular Technical Webinars
- Provide reporting for the CIMIC Group as required, including quarterly metrics, for compliance, audit activities and end of year reporting submissions
