**About the company**

This leading Global Technology provider are known as the market leader in digital innovation, products, services and customer experience. They are now looking for an experienced Events Manager to deliver end to end event management.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Events Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing the strategy, definition, management, execution and measurement of the Australia and New Zealand Event Marketing plans.
- Plan, design, implement and coordinate a multifaceted program of events
- Communicate key messages relating to initiatives and service delivery.
- Establish event branding, goals, objectives, vision and mission statements to ensure events are aligned with relevant business priorities
- Review sponsorship proposals and determine which warrant investment, and managing subsequent sponsorships
- Deliver events including developing logistics, budgets, resource and project plans,
- Provide input to the development of communications plans to effectively integrate event strategies into the full communication strategy.
- Create a sponsorship program to generate demand for paying exhibitors and partners
- Develop and manage an audience acquisition strategy and targets to deliver revenue
- Develop and manage strong relationships with other cross functional communities
- Undertake post-event analysis and review to determine outcomes of specific events and inform future planning and activity.
- Budget management

To succeed in this role, you must have over 5 years' experience in Event Management. We are looking for an innovative and passionate professional with the ability to work autonomously within tight timelines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive event and program management from concept to delivery
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Be confident to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Highly detail focused and strong written skills
- Possess excellent time and project management skills
- A strong team player who is proactive in generating team engagement and increasing collaboration within the team and with other teams
