Working for a leading Telco provider that is currently reshaping the way we see telecommunications, you will play a pivotal role in how they engage and communicate with their extensive customer base. Sitting within a new area across small business you will act as the CRM and Lead Nurture manager and develop and engage customers with focused marketing activity across the SMB and Government practices.

You will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of a brand new CRM and lead Nurture strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers, ensuring they are contacted and educated in the best way, through the best channel and the best time.
- Design the lead nurture program and 1:1 activity across multiple brands
- Manage the delivery of CRM activity across commercial, marketing and channel stakeholders
- Deliver customer lifecycle journeys
- Utilise the martech across salesforce and pardot
- Focus on improving and connecting a better way to work and engage with the customer base

You will come with proven experience in CRM and Lead Nurture programs, have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships across internal and external stakeholders and have a passion for the customer. You will want to guide and develop a CRM and personalised approach from scratch and have a test and learn mentality always looking for improvements.
- Ideally you will have experience working across SMB or enterprise clients
- Telco experience is preferrable but not essential
- Proven background in CRM and Lead Nurture, personalisation 1:1 marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Able to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
