**The Client**

Founded in Australia by Real Estate professionals for Real Estate professionals, our client provides cash flow enhancement options to Real Estate businesses. What does this mean? Agents / or agencies are able to get paid their commission on exchange, without waiting for settlement to occur AND / OR they can assist vendors get funding to kick-start their sales campaigns. Using this product is a no-brainer Combining aspects of property, finance and technology, this organisation is a start-up with an exciting trajectory for growth.

**Duties**

They need a high energy, experienced real estate administrator with strong customer service capabilities. This is a pivotal role within the business where you will be responsible for onboarding clients and ensuring that the company delivers on its promise, and ongoing key account management
- Taking over the relationships from sign-up
- Driving new partners through the onboarding checklist
- Providing training and support and ongoing fostering of client relationships for the purposes of retention
- Monitoring dashboards for uptake lag and reaching out where necessary
- Maintaining CRM database
- Participating and presenting at industry conferences
- Work with the team to provide suggestions for continual improvement in products and business model

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Real Estate with a strong knowledge around advertising and marketing functions or a similar Customer Success role
- Passionate about client support and the enhancement of the industry through tech
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience on phones and onboarding clients, preferred
- Able to prioritise, strong attention to detail and upbeat attitude
