About the Role
- Lead a team of project management resources in delivering key projects/programs including all facets of HR, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring.
- Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex and high-risk projects, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved and robust solutions are delivered that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure project management capability is maintained by leading, managing and directing multi-disciplinary project team/s.
- Ensure the projects are managed in accordance with program and project management guidelines, standards and methodologies.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders facilitating effective communication channels to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and manage projects/programs of work by overseeing the monitoring and reporting of related trends and performance against plans and budgets including the management of resources, expenses and capital costs against forecasts.
- Ensure and maintain project/program delivery governance and reporting processes that support effective decision making and transparency for project boards and higher executive governance groups.
- Support informed executive decision making by facilitating project/program risks and issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations and information papers.
