About The Role
We're seeking a
Solution Delivery Lead
to join a forward-thinking, agile delivery team based in Brisbane. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, BAU-focused environment, with a blend of technical understanding, business analysis skills, and leadership in agile delivery.

You'll coordinate delivery across multiple platforms and streams of work — from secure document exchanges and grant systems to regulatory claims databases and AI-powered applications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead agile delivery across concurrent platforms and initiatives
  • Facilitate sprint planning, showcases, and iterative releases
  • Provide business analysis, testing oversight, and agile coaching
  • Collaborate with technical leads, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure best-practice delivery, strong governance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Work within a secure, cloud-based technology environment
  • Hands-on with Testing and other technical duties to assist the team.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading agile delivery across business and technical teams
  • Strong skills in business analysis, testing, and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
  • Solid understanding of cyber security, data governance, and privacy principles
  • Exposure to cloud and enterprise systems such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, .NET, Java
  • Confident communicator who can translate complexity for different audiences
