About the role
Manage activities collaboratively across MNH Medicine Stream within a multidisciplinary environment to facilitate best practice and high-quality patient outcomes. In collaboration with the Executive Director (ED) and Program Director of the Medicine Stream in conjunction with the relevant key stakeholders, collaboratively manage and lead the implementation of the MNH Medicine Stream priorities through expert contemporary knowledge of the range of relevant clinical services. Be an effective leader and change champion by demonstrating advanced skills in strategic planning, service innovation, quality improvement and professional leadership.
About you
- Maintain a contemporary knowledge of Medicine services at MNH and state level through continuous environmental scanning to ensure community priorities are addressed using the best available evidence.
- Participate in the strategic development of a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.
- Integrate health care knowledge, skills and ability by supporting an evidence-based learning environment and participating in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
