**Executive Assistant**
**Location**: Artarmon
We’re searching for an **Executive Assistant** to provide executive level administrative support to the Executive Director of BINGE and your allocated Senior Leaders.
You will play a pivotal role in the day to day functions in our fast paced, dynamic business.
**In this role your duties will include**
- Extensive calendar management and oversight of direct reports’ calendars to help create the best alignment of their diary with their objectives for their portfolio
- Monthly expense management, booking and managing travel itineraries
- Assisting with documentation including presentations, reports and spreadsheets for the executive team, the board and the wider team
- Admin and project support on an ad-hoc basis
- Act as a point of contact between The Executive and the broader team
- Management of team meetings, offsites, staff townhalls, including booking venues, organising catering and any other administrative tasks as required
- Creation of agendas and tracking of actions from meetings as required
- Being active on campus and serving as the central point of contact to share information, promote engagement activities and coordinate events to help the campus operate more effectively
- The ‘go to’ person that ensures smooth operations for your leader and the team
- Develop and maintain personal relationships across the company with all levels of staff, in particular other business units heads and their EA’s to continue the development of interdepartmental relationships
**Your capability**
You’re a proactive, experienced Executive Assistant, who has provided support to Executive level leaders in a large complex organisation, ideally within the TV / Entertainment / Production industry.
You’re an excellent communicator, and you regularly use these skills when you’re preparing presentations, reports and communication. Your ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships enables you to get things done efficiently and effectively.
An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities are crucial to this role, and you’re also able to maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
**Your background should include**:
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders or providing administrative support to a dynamic team, ideally within media/ TV / Entertainment
- Experience working in production or TV highly regarded
- Experience managing diary schedules and appointments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience with preparation and presentation of updates and reports
- Advanced MS Office Skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
- Experience establishing processes and procedures that enable efficient and cost effective management of available resources
- Passionate about TV / Entertainment
