**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a Building Surveyor who will have a pathway to Senior Building Surveyor in the future with the business growth. The team has cemented a strong culture of collaboration and the company believes in investing in their people. They offer relocation, paid professional development and cover the cost of transferring your licence to Queensland if you are relocating from interstate. Let us take care of the hard work for you

In this role you will have the following accountabilities
- Detailed analyses of structural, architectural and building services drawings
- Interpreting applicable town planning and legislative requirements of property development & construction
- Liaising with referral agencies
- Client relations
- Fee proposals and invoicing
- Working as part of a team to produce timely and high-quality service

**What you offer**
Your are a Building Surveyor currently or a Junior Building Surveyor with your level 1 licence or working towards it. You have strong communication and client management skills and recognise that this is a key part of your success in this role. You are driven and motivated to advance your career working on some of the regions most exciting and complex projects.
