**Experienced Building Certifier - Building Surveyor**

**Location**:Brisbane (North, South or West)

**Work Type**:Full time or Permanent part time

**Salary Range**: Generous salary package for Level 3 Certifier

**Start date**:We will work in with your timeline

The role would suit a highly competent Certifier who is wanting a hybrid type of working model, where you have the flexibility and focus to work from your home office, undertake site inspections and head into the office for a day or two, as required.

Our client produces timely outcomes for valued clients and as their workload has increased, they are looking for right cultural and credential fit for their business.

**What we are looking for**:

- Diploma of Building Certification
- AIBS Member
- White card & current driver’s licence
- Demonstrated technical expertise & experience as a Building Certifier
- Passionate about the industry and outcomes for valuable clientele
- Self-managed to deliver certification services to optimum timelines
- Proactive nature offering suggestions for continuous improvement
- Strong desire to work with a focused and collaborative team
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
