Level 1 Senior Building Surveyor | Level 2 Building Certifier

Locations: Mulitple roles in Brisbane & Gold Coast

About the Role

As part of their growth, our client with international global prescence is seeking experienced Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor/Certifiers for their Brisbane operations. We are looking for energised individuals who want to build their careers long term and can drive impact and contribute to a forward-thinking business.

Key elements of the role but not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end building application assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews in line with regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, prepare quotations, attend project meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and leveraging specialised services in commercial and tenancy certification.

About you

You will hold either a Level 1(L1,BS) or Level 2 (L2,BSL) accreditation licence and at least 3 years experience of assessments, inspections and certification work across commercial/industrial projects work in (Class 2-9) to ensure the highest compliance building standards are met.

  • Your experience should demonstrate technical expertise in the NCC, QLD state legislation.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills, exceptional organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to thrive in this role.
  • A valid QLD Drivers licence is essential
