**Marketing and Administrative Officer**

**About the Role**
As a Marketing and Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in managing our marketing and communication activities, while also supporting the smooth operation of our business. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and organisational skills by leading end-to-end marketing initiatives that enhance the brand visibility of **SA Electrical and Gas Centre**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage marketing materials, including graphic design and copywriting.
- Oversee social media platforms and website content to strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain accurate stock records, including data entry and analysis across online platforms.
- Support the sales team with customer service and complaint handling.
- Assist the workshop team with job management and updates.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in marketing and administration.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in data analysis and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling customer service interactions.
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Desired Skills**
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Shopify).
- Experience with Facebook advertising.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
