The Role of the Receptionist / Administration Office involves:
- A vibrant, cheerful personality with exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in administration and reception, with the capacity to learn new systems and software packages quickly
- Previous experience in the health care setting desirable
- Well-developed phone and face to face communication skills
- Interest in assisting the social media activities within the Practice
- Preparedness to take initiative and have ownership of your workload as well as the overall Practice
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks, with strong organizational and time management skills
With our strategic plan for 2025, if we achieve our targets and goals at End of Financial Year, options that may become available include:
- Job workload negotiation / increase exposure to more challenging tasks.
- Pay rate negotiation.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
