**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a Workplace Ambassador/Receptionist to join our Work Dynamics team with a long standing national client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our client and their employees
**Overview of the role**:
Manage visitor arrivals, provide access passes, and assist with wayfinding
Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps and proactively manage issues
Run daily huddles with the FM team to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain and restock common areas, including breakfast bars
Provide intuitive, exceptional service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations
Spend at least 2 hours daily welcoming employees and conducting floor walks
Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-ups
Assist with client events and manage conference room bookings
Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure smooth operations
**Sound like you? This is what we're looking for**:
Diploma degree or above
1-2 years experience in hospitality, facility management, or commercial real estate (preferred)
Exceptional customer service skills and passion for hospitality
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
