You are an experienced Medical Receptionist / Secretary of 2-3 years who would like to work in a **busy**Specialist Practice that is committed to the prevention, treatment and surgical aspects of Skin Cancer.

Your ideal hours would be between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday on a rostered basis and you would be happy with a part time / full time working arrangement.

You look forward to being a dedicated support for your doctor and enjoy working one-on-one with them to manage the administrative aspects of their busy schedule. You are patient focused and strive to ensure patients are well informed and cared for during their visit at the centre. Your ideal environment would be fast paced, friendly and team orientated.

Your key day-to-day responsibilities would be managing the day to day schedule of your doctor and all associated administrative aspects including liaising with patients; both in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments including surgery, processing patient accounts including HIC, answering incoming phone calls and supporting fellow team members where required.
