We are looking for a full time Reservations Manager to join our Revenue and Front Office team.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Ability to liaise closely with all the relevant Sales, Revenue, Reservations and Front Office team members on a daily basis
- Handle and process reservations and telephone enquiries
- Be detail oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Be positive and engaging
- Enjoy working in a high tempo environment
- Take ownership of the Reservations Department and ensure attention to detail is upheld by both Reservations and Front Office team members
- Track travel agency commissions and voucher redemptions
- Manage group bookings, ensuring they are quoted and confirmed in a timely manner and ensure handover is conducted with Front Office for all groups prior to arrival

**About you**:

- Prior 1-2 years' experience in a 4/5 star corporate hotel
- Detailed knowledge of reservations systems including channel management software
- Excellent communications and workflow management skills
- Minimum two years in a service position or reservations position preferably at a 4 star Hotel
- Ability to clearly communicate in English both verbal and written
- Must possess gracious people and sales skills, and have a positive personality

**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Reservations: 1 year (preferred)
