A great contract opportunity is available for a passionate and driven IT Customer Support Officer.

**Your new company**

This well-regarded SA government department based in the Adelaide CBD, is continuing to experience growth and is looking to add to their progressive team. This large and supportive team will offer on the job training to help you succeed. They are currently dealing with high demand in their service desk and are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join them.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including a confident, self-motivated and willingness to learn attitude. You will also possess excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to work well both independently and with others. A valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC). Technical experience is not essential as you will have the opportunity to learn on the job. However, a passion for helping people and previous experience in a customer service type role is a must
