**The Role**:
As a Practice Lead for Integration & App Dev, you will be responsible for leading our team in custom development and design for our client's needs leveraged through your expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
This is a great opportunity to grow and build out our Application Development practice, influence overall project delivery practices, drive product knowledge and integrations, and optimize how we work together as a team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Consult with customers to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges related to digital transformation.
- Work with the pre-sales team to evaluate existing systems and scope proposed enhancements or modernisation strategies aligned with the business strategy, budget and roadmap. Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential technical bottlenecks, implement corrective actions and act as an escalation point for your practice.
- Oversee the technical elements of end-to-end project delivery by the most efficient means possible aligned to the implementation methodology.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, performance management, training plans and facilitate code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
**What skills and experience you bring**:
- Experience in leading and managing a team of consultants for a Solution Integrator, including performance management and mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and mitigate project risks.
- Proven track record in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions in complex enterprise environments across the full software delivery life cycle on time and within budget.
- Proven prior experience in Full Stack development using front-end technologies such as Angular and backend development using scalable APIs, microservices and.NET to support data processing and business logic workflows.
