If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Test Practice Lead to join our customer's growing IT team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their business needs and customer expectations.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in testing methodologies, standards and best practices
- Experience in creating and improving test frameworks, templates and tools that align with delivery models and lean principles
- Experience in training, mentoring and coaching testing resources on test practices and tools
- Experience in facilitating a Testing Community of Practice to ensure knowledge sharing, professional development and consistency of practice across product centric delivery teams
- Experience in performing quality assurance of test activities and deliverables, taking a risk-based approach
- Experience in validating/endorsing project testing estimates and resource requirements
- Experience in being the IT Lead Process Champion of enterprise test and defect management tool suite
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- A customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering business value
