**About the Opportunity**

As the Agile Practice Lead, reporting to the GM Program Management, you will have responsibility for maturing and improving RACV’s Agile delivery methodology and practice to ensure the delivery model is responsive to business needs and delivering on priorities.

Working with Agile leaders and practitioners across RACV, you’ll be instrumental in improving alignment and accelerating delivery performance of our squad network. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

- Owner of the agile delivery methodology within RACV, including capabilities, skills, tools, templates, and standard approaches to achieve functional excellence.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, including how we can increase velocity, and then develop an action plan to bring those to life.
- Define principles and guidelines for Agile practitioners to adhere to in the day to day working within RACV’s Agile delivery teams.
- Ensure that Agile delivery teams are aligned with roadmaps, standards, best practices, and relevant guardrails to help them attain greater agile maturity and delivery excellence.
- Implement measure / metrics to help improve insight into areas for improvement within agile delivery teams.
- Develop, implement, and embed fit for purpose standards for delivering and funding Agile projects; incorporate into RACV’s Project Management Framework.

You will be a hands-on, pragmatic agile leader with extensive experience in Agile project delivery and improving Agile performance across a diverse range of complex environments, as well as excellent stakeholder relationship management skills to influence across all levels of an organisation.

- Extensive experience in coaching and implementing Agile techniques right sized to the delivery environment.
- A track record of successfully leading Agile projects and / or practices across a collection of organisations / industries.
- Exceptional abilities in facilitating agreement and outcomes for the betterment of the organisation.
- Post graduate qualifications in IT / Computing or extensive relevant experience.
- ICP ACC Agile qualifications
- Agile Project Management or Certified Scrum qualifications desirable.
