- The position of Governance Teal Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all LMA and CoA policies and procedures are complied with.

- Undertake the management of LMA or Customer owned items Inventory Management Systems.
- Coordination the Part Repair Pipelines for all managed Repairable Items and consumables to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Oversees the Defence Logistics Governance and MILIS requirements activities for the UH60M Program
- Manage the implementation and ensure compliance with the CoA Information Management Systems
- Oversee material management process and ensure compliance with Defence Logistics and Defence Aviation requirements
- Provide a high level of support to managers and other staff members within the project as required, in line with established work procedures and guidelines
- Liaise effectively with customers and suppliers
- Assisting the management of Urgent Demands through the Warehouse Timely update of High Priority demand Databases
- Oversee the Management of the 24 hours help desk to meet customer requirements

**About you**:

- As a strong team member, but also able to work autonomously; you will have a wealth of experience in Defence or similar logistics areas including inventory control, asset management, supply chain and procurement. Ideally you will also Supply/Logistics Certification or Diploma level, para-professional, or professional qualifications applicable to Logistics Support and above average understanding of customer support requirements**To be successful in this role you will also have**:

- Extensive understanding and experience of Commonwealth, and Defence governance policy
- Substantial experience in the Military Logistics area, with a significant experience in a Supply Support management position
- Significant MILIS experience including but not limited to the following:

- MILIS Ellipse Reports
- Business Process Reporting
- Customer Dues Out Reports
- Stocktaking
- Various MILIS Transactions as required
- Warehouse experience in a Defence and/or Aviation environment
- Excellent Inventory Management experience at a Defence District or Global level
- Excellent Commonwealth Procurement and Inventory Management experience

Excellent IT Skills and Abilities in the following are also highly desirable MILIS Item Management, SAP, AIMS (Repairable &/or Consumable), Workbench (Procurement)

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
- The location of the role will be in Holsworthy, NSW.
