- As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be supervising the UH-60M Logistics Quality Assurance Team, ensuring that all inventory management activities are executed in order to ensure robust stock management and inventory control.

- Ensure material packaging, dispatch and reception of Program equipment is conducted effectively
- Compile records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued
- Safety of aircraft, equipment and people and quality of workmanship should be given top priority in every endeavour
- Manage CoA owned product IAW the requirements of the Electronic Supply Chain Manual
- Monitor the performance of staff involved in carrying out quality assurance system functions
- Liaise with all relevant regulatory authorities to ensure conformance with regulatory requirements.
- Carry out the role of Disposal Manager - raising Disposal Surveys in accordance with ADF policy
- Carry out the required CAMM2 transactions for incoming and outgoing Aeronautical Product (AP)
- Liaise with the Holsworthy Support Organisation to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely throughput of AP
- Assist with the Supply Support performance reporting
- Monitor and update LMA or Customer owned items using the Inventory Management Systems
- Identify process efficiencies and potential impacts to supportability of Authorised to Fit Products
- Support Obsolescence Management by reporting on known issues and their status

**About you**:

- You will be a confident communicator, as this role requires effective liaison with various internal and external contacts. Also your proven leadership/mentoring skills in a dynamic regulatory environment will be what sets you apart from others. Ideally you will hold an Associate Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualifications and/or extensive equivalent experience and on the job training there-of, with a competent knowledge of Defence and/or Civilian Aviation publications and regulations.**To be successful in this role you will also have**:

- Unit Inspecting Officer (UIO) qualification or competent ability to obtain this qualification
- Proficient knowledge of MILIS Item Management
- Strong Quality, Attention to detail and Continuous Improvement focus
- Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs and priorities.
- Competency in using and understanding of CAMM2, MILIS and other electronic Defence and Civilian technical and logistic systems
- Experience in and understanding of the Defence Logistics Management System
