**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to the management of the UH-60M Black Hawk inventory.
- Undertake quotations of repairs and parts through Authority to Fit verification and configuration status from technical data.
- Undertake the management of LMA or Customer owned items via an Inventory Management Systems.
- Coordinate the Repair Pipelines for UH-60M managed Repairable Items to ensure targets are met.
- Raise, track and report on the status of purchase requests for inventory required to support LMA maintenance and Supply Support activities.
- Provide a high level of support to managers and other staff members within the project as required, in line with established work procedures and guidelines.
- Undertake the forecasting activities of technical consumables, PPE and Tooling
- Ensure relevant systems in relation to inventory, estimated delivery dates and prioritisation levels are maintained and updated.
- Liaise effectively with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain supply KPI’s.

**Essential requirements**:

- Significant experience within a professional logistics environment and/or Relevant qualifications to diploma level.
- Significant experience using an ERP or MRP Integrated Logistics System.

**Desirable requirements**:

- Experience utilising CAMM2 or similar Maintenance Management programs.
- Experience in a procurement or material management position.
- Experience in an airworthiness or highly regulated work environment.

**About you**:
As a Materials officer you will see yourself contributing to procurement and repair activities of UH-60M material, including component, support & test equipment, hazardous substances and break down spares.

Analyse supplier performance to maintain Aeronautical Product compliance with AS9100D Material Management standards. Perform activities within the regulatory requirements of the Defence Aviation Safety Authority.

**Special Requirements**:
Applicants are required to be able to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Force security clearance.

These roles will be based at Holsworthy, NSW.
