**Job Highlights**

- Establish the preventative maintenance schedule utilising LMBuildings for UH-60M future sites in Sydney and Brisbane in conjunction with the Facilities Maintenance Lead.
- Coordinate preventative, scheduled and reactive maintenance through LMBuildings.
- Oversee and support the escorting requirements with mínimal impact to operations and security of site.
- Coordinate all facility procurement and contract activities in conjunction with the assigned procurement representative/s.
- In conjunction with the Facilities Operations Manager establish a facilities communication plan and execute it ensuring clear and concise communication to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Daily service desk management through LM Buildings for maintenance, seating allocation, space management and hotelling.
- Coordinate all facility projects across the site (s) with support from the Facilities Project lead.
- Work with senior management to coordinate the requirements to Ensure regulatory compliance, servicing and maintenance for the small plant and heavy plant and equipment are completed.
- In conjunction with the Facilities Maintenance Lead and Facilities Operations Manager oversee the annual maintenance program in line with allocated budget, including buildings and grounds infrastructure and assets, ensuring compliance with the relevant standards.
- Ensure that best practice facilities standards and Australian standards are implemented to maintain a safe environment and effective life of assets

**About you**:

- As an integral member of our facilities team, overseeing facilities management of the UH-60M site consisting of Warehouse and office facilities, the Facilities Coordinator is the primary point of contact for service desk requests utilising LMBuildings and liaising with management to ensure the smooth operation of the UH-60M sites.
