**About the Role**:
In this role, you will report to the National Document Controller and take charge of document control activities across a diverse range of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing document deliverables in alignment with our quality management system.
- Coordinating document control workflows, overseeing the collation, issuance, and reception of documents in accordance with project and quality requirements.
- Maintaining a comprehensive project document control register.
- Cultivating strong working relationships with key project stakeholders to ensure exceptional document management standards.
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement and development of document control processes and systems.

**About You**:

- A positive attitude coupled with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Previous administration experience within a project environment.
- Exposure to document control (preferred, but not essential).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of document management.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
